This tutorial will guide a user through the process of defining parameters, and using them for part modification, and formula input. It inlcudes a step-by-step approach to designing a part with parameter and formula relations, beginning at the planning stage.

I am not able to view the parameters in the tree, either. I have went into options to see if there is something that I need to change, but nothing helps to correct the problem. I have tried to go forward in the tutorial, but I can't get that to work either. Do you have any ideas as to what the problem may be? I'm on Catia v5r16.

I have found the problem. In addition to the "options" changes that the tutorial mentioned, a user needs to check the following in Catia. Click on tools, options, part infracture, click on the display tab, and then check the parameters button found under "display in specification tree".

The parameters do not appear in the tree. I have double and triple checked the check boxes in the options to no avail. I may move my settings files to see if this has any effect. Thank you in advance for any efforts on my behalf.
